This means I'm very interested in the how late is too late question as well as what do you miss by showing up at various times before boarding is closed (dinner and goodie bags and muster drills all being important to me). You could tactfully remind the Captain that he's dealing with a large number of women with pointy sticks and string if he proves to be uncooperative. We get in at noon, so pushing the shuttle back to 2 PM might work well for us. I figure it'll take us close to an hour just to get our luggage. It'll be OK. Go inhale yarn fumes. Ah yes, I have to tell myself that some times too.
